Overview

The report describes a four-pillar sustainability strategy covering sustainable production and consumption, responsible governance, empowered employees, and thriving communities. In 2021, the Group reported 159,472 GJ of total energy consumption, with renewable sources representing 4.78%, and total location-based Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 18,183.4 tCO2e. Its workforce comprised 2,376 people, 55% women, with zero fatalities reported, while more than 720,000 EUR was allocated to community initiatives.
