Overview

The report records a fifth consecutive revenue record, with Group revenue rising 4.4% to EUR 1,425.7 million despite difficult conditions in commercial-vehicle markets. The Automotive Division expanded 10.6%, while Seating Systems revenue fell 4.2%. GRAMMER completed a Group-wide materiality analysis that identified 13 material and nine important sustainability aspects, and established a CSR Council to embed sustainability across the Group.
