Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report describes the Group's CSR vision as creating value and improving quality of life, supported by a CSR Steering Committee and a branded CSR Action awareness programme. It reports business-level 2013 data on workforce composition, fatalities, energy, carbon emissions and water consumption. Environmental initiatives include ISO 14001 implementation, LED retrofits, green roofs and recycling programmes. Community priorities were arts, children's education and environmental protection, including sponsored concerts, Playright Cheers for Play and Green Monday.
