Overview

The report describes Great Eagle's 2024 progress in reducing energy consumption by 12.2% across its global portfolio and carbon emissions by 25.9% against 2019. It completed physical climate-risk screening for 20 major assets and continued developing Scope 3 emissions inventories. Its oyster-shell upcycling programme transformed over 12 tonnes of discarded shells into cement raw materials. The Group also launched the EcoChampion Pledge, engaging more than 30 retail and office tenants in energy, waste and green procurement.
