Overview

The report describes Great Eagle’s 2025 sustainability progress across governance, climate action, people, communities and the value chain. It highlights a double materiality assessment engaging over 500 stakeholders and physical climate-risk screenings covering 34 assets. The Group reports a 29.4% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions against its 2019 benchmark and used AI to reduce chiller-plant energy use by 6.1%, equivalent to 435,000 kWh annually. Workforce initiatives included a new Workforce Diversity Policy, wellbeing programmes and 209,505 employee training hours.
