Annual Report

The report describes Great Eastern's 2020 sustainability approach as focused on improving people's lives and transitioning to a low-carbon economy. It established a Board Sustainability Committee to oversee Group-wide sustainability efforts and reported reductions in electricity use, carbon emissions, water consumption and paper usage. The report also details extensive COVID-19 support for customers, employees, representatives and communities across its markets. Sustainability disclosures were prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards core option.
