Annual Report

The report presents Greif's FY2012 sustainability work alongside its financial results, including progress toward a company goal to cut normalized GHG emissions and energy use 15% from a fiscal 2008 baseline by 2015. Its latest disclosed GHG inventory was FY2011, totaling 1.2 million metric tonnes, with growth partly reflecting newly added business segments. In 2012, a U.S. home-energy challenge had 80 employees save 25% in gas and electricity use, and the PackH2O water backpack had reached tens of thousands of people through donations and distribution.
