Annual and Sustainability Report

The report presents Greiner's first sustainability statement prepared in accordance with ESRS, supported by a double materiality assessment and voluntary EU Taxonomy disclosure. It reports 2025 group-wide energy consumption of 489,669 megawatt hours, renewable-source share of 61%, and gross Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 19,401, 172,870/40,347, and 1,998,556 t CO2e respectively. Greiner maintains 2030 reduction targets of 60% for absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 25% for selected Scope 3 emissions, while reporting 10,242 employees and 28% women in leadership. Sustainability reporting received limited assurance from KPMG Austria.
