Integrated Annual Report

The report describes Grifols' 2025 revenue growth, operational improvement and strengthened financial position, alongside a year-end workforce of 25,247 people. It reports 205,777 t CO2e of market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions, a complete Scope 3 inventory, increased renewable electricity use and approved SBTi reduction targets. Sustainability governance was strengthened through Board and committee oversight, while the report also details progress on water, waste, climate action and patient access.
