Annual Review

The report presents Grosvenor's purpose-led approach to delivering commercial, social and environmental benefit across its property, food and agtech, rural estates and philanthropic activities. A major climate highlight is the first Grosvenor-wide carbon baseline: 267,000 tCO2e across Scopes 1, 2 and 3, using 2021 as the baseline year. The report also introduces a new 1.5°C-aligned commitment and a three-tier target-setting framework covering reduction, influence and monitoring. Social highlights include the creation of Grosvenor Hart Homes and expanded support for children, young people and communities.
