Overview

The report presents GBL's first reporting year under the GRI Standards and describes formal commitments to the UN Global Compact and UN Principles for Responsible Investment. It explains how ESG factors are embedded in the investment process and portfolio monitoring, including yearly ESG risk assessments and direct engagement with portfolio-company governance bodies. ESG responsibility is assigned to the Board of Directors, supported by the ESG Lead and corporate functions.
