Overview

The report describes GBL's ESG approach across its responsible-company and responsible-investor roles, supported by a materiality assessment and portfolio monitoring. In 2021, GBL submitted its own climate targets to SBTi and reported that they were approved on a 1.5°C pathway. The report also presents Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 emissions, board and workforce diversity indicators, and EU Taxonomy disclosures. PwC provided limited assurance on selected environmental and social KPIs.
