Overview

The report presents GBL's first consolidated sustainability statement under CSRD/ESRS for FY2024, covering GBL as a responsible company and investor. It reports consolidated gross emissions of 1,288,425 t. CO2e Scope 1, 617,815 t. CO2e location-based Scope 2, 517,831 t. CO2e market-based Scope 2, and 18,122,843 t. CO2e Scope 3, alongside a consolidated workforce of 28,330 employees. GBL reports progress against its SBTi climate transition plan, including a 53% reduction in own Scope 1 and 2 emissions versus the FY2019 baseline. The sustainability statement is accompanied by a limited assurance report from PwC.
