Annual Report

The report presents the Group’s 2023 ESG performance for major PRC subsidiaries representing approximately 99% of its non-current assets, with the Board holding overall ESG governance responsibility. The KPI appendix reports Scope 1 emissions of 36.24 tons of equivalent CO2 emission and Scope 2 emissions of 596.18 tons of equivalent CO2 emission, for a total of 632.42 tons of equivalent CO2 emission. It also discloses total energy consumption of 1,191,663.47 kWh and water consumption of 48,127.96 tons, alongside materiality assessment and climate-risk management disclosures.
