Overview

The report is Growthpoint's inaugural ESG disclosure for FY16. It reports 657 staff members, 23 Green Star SA-certified buildings and 2.72MWp of solar plants installed. Environmental reporting includes total energy use of 824 606.59 MWh and a 5% emissions-reduction target per square metre over the next five years. Social investment disclosures cover education, enterprise and supplier development, social infrastructure and support costs, while 59 227 individuals benefited from educational support.
