Sustainability Report

The report highlights Grundon's 2024 progress in reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions, including an 11.5% reduction between 2023 and 2024. It also records the company's first Investors in People 'We invest in Wellbeing' accreditation and continued investment in employee development. Customer initiatives included reusable sharps-container trials that saved 1.26 tonnes of CO2e, alongside further electric-fleet expansion and community programmes.
