Directors' Report on the operations

Overview

The report covers Grupa Azoty Group's 2024 operations, including consolidated revenue of PLN 13,042,933 thousand and a first sustainability statement prepared in accordance with ESRS and CSRD. It reports gross Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 4,556,266, 974,008 and 12,409,638 MgCO2e, respectively. Total energy consumption was 10,101,481 MWh, while the year-end workforce comprised 14,458 employees and two work-related fatalities were reported. The Group also disclosed a 2030 target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 CO2 emissions by 11.3% from the 2020 base year.
