Overview

The report expands non-financial reporting to cover all companies in the Capital Group and presents ESG objectives for the 2021-2025 Strategy. It reports 5,346 people in the year-end workforce table, alongside extensive pandemic-related employee safety measures. Group carbon footprint was reported at 190,100 tons of CO2e in narrative text, while the environmental table gives 190,122 Mg of CO2e for scope 1 and 2. Total produced waste was 52,104 Mg, with 47,175 Mg recovered.
