Sustainability Statement

The report presents Grupa Kęty's 2025 consolidated sustainability statement prepared under ESRS and includes EU Taxonomy disclosures. It describes a double materiality assessment, sets a 12.5% absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction target by 2029 from a 2024 base, and reports a power purchase agreement with Tauron. The Group reports a 1.2% renewable-source share in total energy consumption and 6,240 employees at year end. Other reported results include recycled-material targets, 12 supplier ESG audits and 33 local community projects in the 'Together with the Group' programme.
