Overview

The report presents Grupo BEL's first sustainability disclosure under ESRS and CSRD, covering the 2024 reporting period on a consolidated basis. It reports 868 employees, total energy consumption of 10,215.9 MWh with 32.4% from renewable sources, approximately 99,762 tonnes of CO2eq emissions, and 160.9 tonnes of waste generated. The report also describes the Group's double materiality assessment, ESG governance structure and limited external assurance. Its forward-looking commitments include a 25% reduction in the carbon footprint by 2030 and an objective to achieve net zero by 2035.
