Overview

The report covers Grupo México's January-December 2025 social, environmental and economic performance across its mining, transportation and infrastructure divisions. The company updated its ESG materiality assessment to incorporate financial and impact perspectives in a double materiality assessment. Climate disclosures report 2025 operational emissions of 6.06 million tCO2e, Scope 3 emissions of 8,483,175 tCO2e, renewable electricity consumption of 39.32%, and group targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 15% by 2027 and 35% by 2035. The report also records seven employee fatalities, extensive water and waste metrics, and a limited assurance engagement by Deloitte.
