ESG Performance Report

Overview

The report describes GSK's 2023 ESG performance across access, health security, environment, inclusion, ethics and product governance. Highlights include reaching 89 million people in lower-income countries, reducing operational emissions by 10% from 2022, and women holding 45% of VP-and-above roles globally. GSK reports an 80% absolute emissions-reduction target by 2030 and a net-zero target for 2045 across its full value chain.
