Overview

The report presents 2019 sustainability activity across stakeholder engagement, environmental remediation, emissions and workforce development. It reports completion of remediation of all 21 drilling pits and approximately 90% waste recycling, while setting a target to reduce CO2 per barrel by over 50% by 2025. Workforce initiatives included technical courses, localization and the appointment of the first female field employees. Health and safety disclosures include more than 8,100 STOP cards and a 2019 TRIR of 2.61, while governance assigns ESG-related oversight to a Board committee.
