Overview

The report shows that the Group recorded 57,219 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions in FY2025, while renewable electricity procured represented 55%. It also reports 10,792 employees and describes Group-level Board oversight of ESG risks, strategy and performance. At subsidiary level, MHNZ obtained Toitū Carbon Reduce certification and achieved reasonable assurance for Scope 1 and 2 emissions and limited assurance for Scope 3 emissions.
