Overview

The report highlights FY2024 as the year Lentor Mansion became GuocoLand's first project to receive BCA Green Mark Platinum SLE certification with Whole Life Carbon and Maintainability badges. The Group reports 110,415 tCO2e of total Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, a 34% decrease from the previous year, and secured more than $3.7 billion of green financing. It also reports no work-related fatalities involving GuocoLand employees.
