Overview

The report presents GWA's FY21 sustainability performance for the year ended 30 June 2021, covering water, waste, energy and carbon at controlled facilities. It reports approximately 11,579 kilolitres of water consumption, 523 tonnes of solid waste and 1,869 tonnes CO2e of carbon emissions, while noting a restatement of FY20 water data. The company reports all sites accredited to ISO45001, 43% female workforce composition, and 29% female Board of Directors representation. It also describes its first Modern Slavery Statement, supplier audits with no modern slavery or ethical sourcing issues identified, and ongoing water-saving product innovation.
