ESG Report

The report describes H&R Block's first comprehensive global GHG inventory for FY23, reporting 102,953 metric tons of CO2e and stating that emissions accounting followed the GHG Protocol. It highlights the donation of more than 38,000 pieces of IT equipment in 34 states and a range of community initiatives. The report also says that nearly half of its Board and Senior Leadership Team members were women and describes workplace equity and well-being initiatives.
