Sustainability Report

The report says Lundbeck's products reached more than 8.6 million people on an average day in 2023. Scope 1 and 2 emissions were down 34% against the 2019 baseline, while Scope 3 emissions were 8% higher than that baseline; 61 suppliers signed commitments to use renewable electricity. The share of women in senior management increased to 35.9% at year-end, from 33.8% in 2022.
