Overview

The report marks the Group's first full Sustainability Report, Made with Care, and frames its approach around People, Plant and Product. It highlights four focus areas: ethical and transparent supply chains, sustainable fabrics and products, sustainable stores and operations, and staff wellbeing and empowerment. Initiatives include annual supplier factory audits, sourcing recycled, organic and traceable textiles, reducing packaging and waste, and installing LED lighting across the retail network. The report also describes COVID-19 supplier commitments and a worker grievance partnership with INNO.
