Sustainability Report

The report presents HHLA's sustainability strategy around ecological transport chains and reports a 25.5% reduction in specific CO2 emissions per container since 2008, against a 30% reduction target for 2020. It records 134,988 tonnes of absolute CO2 emissions in 2014, while renewable-electricity measures reduced emissions by 26,645 tonnes. The company also reports 5,194 employees at year-end.
