Sustainability Report

The report presents HFG's first group-wide sustainability report covering activities of its affiliates. It describes a materiality process based on stakeholder interest and business impact, identifying governance, risk management, customer, employee, social contribution and environmental issues as critical. It provides 2011 group environmental data on energy, water and waste. A reproduced KMAR assurance report covers the economic, environmental and social sections.
