Overview

The report describes the Group's sustainability management framework, including Board oversight and a Corporate Sustainability Committee, alongside extensive social, environmental, and governance disclosures. FY2022 data covers 22,869 employees, with 12,883 employees participating in development training and 0 reported work-related employee fatalities in the Japan consolidated-subsidiary scope. Climate disclosures report 394,858 t-CO2 of combined Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and 252,986 kl of group energy consumption, while setting a 46% FY2031 reduction target and a FY2051 net-zero CO2 target for Japanese worksites.
