Annual Report

The report presents Hapag-Lloyd's Strategy 2030 decarbonisation ambition to reduce fleet emissions by one-third by 2030 against a 2022 baseline, alongside extensive energy and emissions disclosures. It reports total energy consumption of 58,024,718.3 MWh in 2025 and a renewable-energy share of 1.5%. The report also records two fatal incidents during the year and describes measures to investigate and address their causes. Sustainability reporting is aligned with ESRS and supported by a double materiality assessment and limited assurance.
