Annual Report

The report covers the Group's 2024 performance, including consolidated revenue of HK$1,354 million and a return to underlying net profit of HK$83 million despite a HK$70 million loss attributable to equity shareholders. It presents a Corporate Sustainability section describing Board supervision of ESG matters, a materiality assessment and reporting with reference to HKEX and GRI requirements. The report also records approximately 1,200 employees, no work-related fatalities and one female Board member representing 11%.
