The report describes a year of growth for Premier Oil, with production increasing 21 per cent to 44.2 kboepd and acquisitions in the UK and Vietnam expanding its portfolio. Five of nine exploration and appraisal wells were successful, including discoveries in Norway and Vietnam, while major development projects in Vietnam and Indonesia progressed. The group reported record profit after tax of US$113.0 million. Its social performance review also details safety, emissions and environmental performance, including seven minor hydrocarbon spills totalling 1.5 tonnes.
