Overview

The report presents HVPE's resilient 2024 performance: NAV per share rose 4.0% to $50.47, although the share price remained at a 42% discount to NAV. New commitments fell to $295m as the portfolio generated net negative cash flow of $283m. The Board introduced a Distribution Pool funded initially by 15% of cash realisations to support buybacks or special dividends. ESG responsibility remains delegated to HarbourVest, while the Board retains oversight and responsibility for HVPE's ESG policy and disclosures.
