Overview

The report covers Harmony's FY16 performance from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016. The company returned to a net profit of R949 million, reduced net debt by 54% to R1.08 billion and produced 1.08Moz of gold. Sustainability highlights include 2,597,439MWh of total energy use, water-treatment projects that enabled two operations to achieve zero discharge, and a group total of 10 workplace fatalities.
