Overview

The report presents Harmony's FY22 ESG performance through a double materiality assessment and detailed environmental, social and governance disclosures. It highlights board-approved, SBTi-verified science-based targets and a net-zero-by-2045 commitment alongside renewable-energy and energy-efficiency initiatives. The report also covers a workforce of 47 373 people, safety performance and community-development activities across South Africa and Papua New Guinea.
