Overview

The report presents Havells' first Integrated Reporting Framework-based disclosure, combining financial and non-financial performance. For FY2018-19, it reports total energy consumption of 1,19,372 MWh, renewable power close to 6% of total energy, extensive tree-planting and waste-management initiatives, and a 42% reduction in energy intensity from the FY2015-16 baseline. It also reports 6,536 employees, 48,181 training man-hours and no workplace fatalities.
