Revenue increased by 14.3% to S$'000 18,318, while about 6,000 litres of clinical waste were incinerated by certified third-party contractors. The company achieved a 100% return-to-work rate for employees taking parental leave and reported zero customer-privacy complaints, leaks, thefts or losses of customer data.
