Rebalance Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents HCL Technologies' FY2012 sustainability performance through four pillars covering responsible business, workplace, ecosystem and society. It describes Board review of sustainability activities, a combined direct and indirect energy consumption of 13,17,217 GJ, and environmental programs addressing emissions, water, renewable energy and waste. The report also highlights a workforce of 84,319 employees and the Foundation's outreach to 37,800 direct beneficiaries through employee donors and volunteers. DNV provided an independent assurance statement over the Sustainability Report.
