Sustainability Report

The report presents HCL's FY2016 sustainability performance across a global workforce of 103,394 employees. It highlights a 27.37% reduction in per-capita carbon footprint against the 2011 base year and 5.59% of total energy generated from solar, hydro, and wind sources. Water consumption stood at 11,94,712 cubic meters, while CSR spending reached INR 16.54 crore.
