The report covers FY2017-18, when the company reported consolidated revenue of INR 50,569 crores and a global workforce of 120,081 full-time employees. It highlights the Sustainability 2020 programme, including a commitment to reduce per-capita carbon footprint by 33% by 2020 from a 2011 base. HCL Foundation's programmes span education, health, livelihoods and environment, including financial empowerment of 1,300 women and vocational training for 750 youth.
