The report describes Headlam's CSR policy and ongoing work on natural-resource use, waste and energy management, health and safety, and employee welfare. It recorded 20 reportable workplace accidents in 2011, none resulting in serious injury, and reported no health-and-safety prosecutions or enforcement actions. The company also described its recycling efforts and support for Carpet Recycling UK.
