Sustainability Report

The report describes Headlam's 2023 progress on decarbonisation, including solar panels at 11 of 13 major sites, over 85% of the UK non-commercial fleet electric or low emission, and a 46% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target for 2030. It reports 81% operational waste diversion from landfill and water consumption of circa 17,500 cubic metres. The report also covers sustainable product launches, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives, a dedicated ESG Committee, and TCFD and SECR disclosures.
