Sustainability Report

The report describes Headlam's 2024 sustainability progress across environmental, social and governance priorities. It reports aligned Scope 1, 2 and 3 targets to reach net zero by 2040, including a 46% Scope 1 and 2 reduction by 2030 and a 42% Scope 3 reduction by 2032. The Northampton recycling centre collected, processed and recycled over 135 tonnes in its first six months. The company reports c.2,330 employees and expanded learning through 1,300 colleagues using online learning and over 780 attending face-to-face training.
