Overview

The report highlights Healius' FY 2022 sustainability performance across its healthcare operations. It reports 11,880 employees, 30,872 MWh of total energy consumed and 32,144 tonnes of total carbon emissions. Healius established an executive Sustainability Steering Committee reporting directly to the Board and set a goal of carbon neutrality for Scope 1 and 2 emissions by FY 2026. The report also describes group-wide paid parental leave, diversity initiatives and ongoing work to improve resource use and waste management.
