Overview

The report describes Heartland's FY2021 sustainability framework across environmental conservation, social equity and economic prosperity. It reported 955 tCO~2~e of FY2020 GHG emissions, contracted certified renewable energy for all New Zealand electricity consumption, and published a target to reduce emissions 35% from the FY2019 baseline by 2025. It also highlighted 512 employees, a 52.54% female workforce, and becoming New Zealand's first Hearing Accredited Workplace.
