Annual Report

The report describes Heartland's FY2022 sustainability framework across environmental conservation, social equity and economic prosperity. It highlights 798.62 tCO2e of GHG emissions in FY2021, a 31% absolute reduction and a target to reduce emissions by 35% by FY2026. The company also replaced 23% of its vehicle fleet with hybrids, achieved Rainbow Tick accreditation and introduced gender, Māori and Pasifika pay-gap reporting.
