Overview

The report describes Heartland's FY2024 sustainability progress across environmental, people, community, customer and financial wellbeing priorities. It reports a 40% reduction in operational emissions from the FY2019 base year and sets a 35% absolute gross operational emissions reduction target by FY2025, alongside net-zero operational emissions by 2050.
